Hello Science Students,
The SSA will be having locker rentals this year in Marion Hall. Please select an available locker by putting your own lock on it. After you have placed a lock on the locker please pay for your locker rental by selecting your locker below. You will need to select the locker number and floor your locker is located on (locker numbers repeat on each floor, therefore please select the correct floor using the maps provided). A lock must be on the locker before registering it! There is a fee $15 for the year to rent a locker that must be paid on the SSA website, if you do not pay this fee your lock will be cut off. Note: you do not need to be a Science student to rent a locker.
By purchasing a locker to rent you are agreeing to the following:
Term: the agreement commences immediately on the day the locker is registered and continues until the end of April. No locker rental is required for the summer term.
Warranties: The Locker will remain in good working order and be returned to the Society in a clean and acceptable condition at the end of the Rental Period
Loss and Damage: The Society will not provide a security lock. It is the sole responsibility of the Renter to provide a security lock for the duration of the Agreement. The Society will not be responsible for the loss or damage of the Renter’s goods under any condition.
Surrender: The renewal period is within the first month of the new semester. The Society will post an official deadline at a minimum of one (1) week in advance. Failure to renew and register the locker for the subsequent rental period will result in the loss of the Renter’s personal lock and contents of the locker. Lockers not renewed must be vacated by the last day of the renewal period’s notice. Items left in the locker will be recoverable for a period of one (1) month after the last day of the renewal period. Claims for Items must be made in person at the Society’s office. Items left for longer than a month will be donated and/or disposed of.
