Julia Esber

Salut les étudiantes en sciences ! Je m’appelle Julia Esber et je suis en première année de biochimie à uOttawa. Je suis actuellement représentante de première année à l’AÉS, et cette année, je me présente au poste de vice-présidente des affaires promotionnelles.

En tant que vice-présidente des promotions, je serais principalement responsable de superviser la production et la distribution de tout le matériel promotionnel pour les événements liés à l’AÉS et de m’assurer que les étudiants en sciences restent informés des événements, des objectifs et des services de l’AÉS. La publicité a été mon rôle principal pendant les 4 années au sein du conseil des élèves de mon école secondaire, à l’exception de la 12e année où j’étais coprésidente, j’ai donc beaucoup d’expérience dans la promotion d’événements que je prévois d’apporter à ce poste de vice-présidente des promotions. De plus, le fait d’être représentante de première année sur l’AÉS m’a donné l’occasion d’aider à l’organisation de nombreux événements dont j’allais faire la publicité, et j’utiliserais ces connaissances et cette expérience pour créer du matériel promotionnel efficace pour l’AÉS.

Je vous encourage à voter OUI pour moi en tant que vice-président des affaires promotionnelles parce que je suis très passionné par l’AÉS, la science, la publicité et, surtout, par le fait de tenir les étudiants informés. Hey science students! My name is Julia Esber and I’m in my first year of biochemistry at uOttawa. I’m currently a First Year Representative on the SSA, and this year I’m running for the position of Vice-President of Promotional Affairs.

As VP Promotions, I would mainly be responsible for overseeing the production and distribution of all promotional material for SSA-related events and making sure science students stay informed about SSA events, goals, and services. Advertising was my main role for all 4 years on my high school’s Student Council, apart from grade 12 when I was Co-President, so I have a lot of experience promoting events which I plan to bring to this position as VP Promotions. Also, being a First Year Representative on the SSA has given me an opportunity to help out with many of the events that I would be advertising, and I would use that knowledge and experience to make effective promotional material for the SSA.
